Airport Express bus to Prague main station
The AE bus runs every 30 minutes from Vaclav Havel Airport directly to Praha hlavni nadrazi in around 40 minutes, dodging the taxi-overcharge problem newcomers usually hit. Tickets are sold by the driver and luggage rides free.

Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock
The 600-year-old Orloj on the south wall of the Old Town Hall chimes on the hour with a procession of apostles, a skeleton, and a crowing rooster. The square itself is ringed by the twin Gothic spires of Tyn Church and pastel Baroque facades.

Stand on the north side of the square facing the clock, the apostles only appear in the upper windows and the crowd blocks the lower view.
Czech pub dinner near the Old Town
