Terms of Service
Effective date: 23 May 2025
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Tabi platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Kube Tech Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (“Tabi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to make bookings through the platform. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm you have their authority to do so.
3. Account registration
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. AI-generated itineraries
Tabi uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised travel itineraries. These itineraries are provided as suggestions and planning aids only. They do not constitute professional travel, financial, legal, or safety advice.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or omissions. You are responsible for independently verifying all details — including visa requirements, health and safety conditions, operating hours, pricing, and availability — before making any travel decisions or bookings.
Tabi makes no warranty that AI-generated itineraries are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
5. Bookings
Where the platform facilitates the booking of flights, accommodation, or experiences, Tabi acts as an agent connecting you with third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”). The contract for travel services is between you and the Supplier, and the Supplier’s own terms and conditions apply to that booking.
Tabi is not the Supplier and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service quality of any Supplier. This includes flight delays or cancellations, hotel standards, or experience availability.
Booking prices displayed are estimates and may change. The confirmed price is that provided at the point of purchase by the Supplier.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments for bookings are processed by regulated third-party payment processors. Tabi does not store your payment card details. All financial transactions are subject to the payment processor’s terms.
Refund and cancellation policies are determined by the Supplier for each booking. Tabi will assist you in initiating refund requests where possible, but cannot guarantee outcomes outside our control.
7. Affiliate relationships
Some links and booking options on the platform may generate a commission or referral fee paid to Tabi by the Supplier or booking partner. This is at no additional cost to you. The presence of an affiliate relationship does not influence the content of AI-generated itineraries or recommendations.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or systematically retrieve content from the platform without our express written consent.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to the platform or to any Supplier through the platform.
- Resell or redistribute access to the platform or its AI-generated content for commercial purposes without our written authorisation.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Tabi platform — including the software, design, branding, and interface — is owned by or licensed to Kube Tech Pte. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any travel data (itineraries, preferences) you create using the Service. You grant us a limited licence to use that data to provide and improve the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kube Tech Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:
- Any inaccuracies in AI-generated itineraries or travel information.
- The acts or omissions of any Supplier, including cancellations, delays, or quality failures.
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided through the platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tabi in the 12 months preceding the claim, or SGD 100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kube Tech Pte. Ltd. harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Modifications to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any such changes.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you at least 14 days before they take effect via email or a prominent notice in the platform. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
15. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, airline or supplier insolvency, industrial action, or internet or telecommunications failures. In such events we will notify you as soon as practicable and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
16. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at privacy@tabitour.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
18. General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kube Tech Pte. Ltd. regarding the Service and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
